I use empathy to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of my client’s and user’s emotional and physical needs. Once I know more about the people I am designing for and the goal I am trying to solve, I can start the planning.
The 5 Why's
With a clear understanding of where we are today, where we want to go, we must think about how we will get there. I work with my stakeholders to create a detailed project plan and set milestones.
Methods & Tools:
I ask the right questions to understand, learn, and uncover unexpected findings that lead to innovative solutions and make sure we are solving the RIGHT problem. I don't only view solutions as digital experiences, but rather view design as a holistic approach to customer satisfaction.
I take my findings from research and turn those insights into tangible solutions by collaborating, generating ideas, and sketching.
Pen & Paper
I test ideas early in the process with rapid prototypes and usability tests allowing me to iterate and improve the things that matter most.
